The Magic Moments team are specialized in Civil, Religious, Symbolic ceremonies and the Renewing of wedding vows. We can work within any given budget and still produce magical results.
It doesn’t stop there, you might prefer to organize most of the wedding details yourself and need the Magic Moments team to fill in the gaps or act as backup. Once you have confirmed our services with a small deposit, we are on call 7 days a week giving advice whenever required. Regular meetings are held to you keep you up to speed. We are very versatile and apart from full wedding planning, we can offer you partial wedding planning or the service of a Wedding Day Coordinator , otherwise known in Malta as Professional Best Man Duties. It enables you sit back and enjoy the wedding celebrations knowing we are on board to monitor the wedding so you (and your giuests) don’t have to and, we’re committed to doing it with style.
Some ask, “What are the roles of a wedding day coordinator?” and these can include any or all of the following; Regular meetings with ongoing advice, Suggestions of reputable suppliers, Fixing appointments with suppliers on your behalf, Being present when the drinks are delivered to the venue, counting them prior to the wedding and again after the event, Being present on the day to deal with any issues leaving you and your guests free to enjoy wedding day, Decorating the venue if required Assisting the photographer gathering your guests to save time, Monitoring the ceremony and/or reception Making sure of an even distribution of food and drinks throughout the wedding celebrations Organizing the Hen and Stag parties!!!! I would like to introduce the new addition to the Magic Moments team – Adam & Eve Stag & Hen party planning, with a difference. Here we will aid stags and hens to plan a day or night or even weekend to remember. Fun filled events from Murder mystery in a castle to pole dancing lessons (ready for the honeymoon!). It’s all clean fun and will be remembered (not to mention, enjoyed) by all.
