The Venues
Les Jardins Restaurant Intimate and Stylish This is the main restaurant with open terraces, designed to high specifications with the furniture and interior design follow the traditional Maltese style of soft natural colours and stone. It is situated adjacent to the splendid views of the landscaped garden and its pool. A large glass window faces the garden providing plenty of natural light. Ideal for sit-down meals and stand up receptions.
Melea Suite Elegant and Traditional This well-designed suite offers weddings up to 150 persons creating the right atmosphere with the modern and stylish décor, including original artworks, which makes it full of character and warmth.
Baybliss Roof Pool Spectacular and Relaxing This venue enjoys spectacular views over the valley, Mellieha Church, and Mellieha Bay also views of Comino and Gozo, creating an unforgettable wedding under the stars.
Garden Pool Charming and Attractive Is the perfect unique venue for small cocktail receptions. It is situated in the valley with fantastic background scene of our beautiful botanic gardens and around an original art deco pool.
Gazebo’s Private and Romantic Situated in the valley, overlooking our botanic gardens. Ideal for real, small, private civil ceremonies or receptions.

The Menus Top Chefs have graced our kitchens and created exquisite, creative & exciting menus and dishes fit for royalty, though the Food and Beverage Team would be pleased to discuss any food items of individual preferences.
